Our Process

Our design process has developed during our 30 years operating in the Shoalhaven and over three generations of jewellers.

Project Discovery

It begins with a one-on-one discussion with Mark, our head designer. We’ll discuss all aspects of the design, including gemstones, style, colours, shapes, textures, and other elements that make the design uniquely yours. We’ll then develop sketches and parameters that form the basis for the project.

Materials & 3D Design

Next, we’ll find suitable gemstones and assess the finer details of the design. The manufacturing phase starts when we have all the details finalised. We’ll create multiple 3D images of the piece so you have a clear understanding of the final design. At this stage, we can tweak the design until we both agree it is perfect.

Handcrafting & Presentation

Our artisans set to work, using old and new techniques to turn the concept into reality. Our expert jewellers and gemstone setters take meticulous care in assembling and finishing your creation. We then individually box your bespoke creation ready for collection.
